STL or DXF to solid

Hi,

I kno that this subjct has been floating around a ot of forums for a long time, and i know th eissue of an stl being a graphics object and not an actual surface, etc.

I have a wireframe that I want to turn into a solid or solid surfaces- surely with the dxf there must be a way to fit a mastercam surface to the dxf mesh?

please help if you can, I've attached the file
