    Editing a Post Processor

In our CAD/CAM class at the college we have to edit a default fanuc post processor and make the changes to get it to post a 100% or close code for one of our wire edms, currently a Sodick A280L, Sodick AQ325L, and a Mitsubishi that isnt up and running yet. I have started to edit the 4axis code for the 325L and I have basically everything but I can not find out where the post it defines the "S101 D1" so I can change it...can anyone point me to where mastercam defines this? I will upload my current post incase that will help anyone, its in .txt format for notepad(Yes I do my editing in Mastercam X Editor).

Also, heres a preview of whats left to remove... Simple box posted

    N100 G0 G20 G90 <------------G0 and G20 need removed
    N110 G92 X0. Y1. Z-.5
    N120 T91
    N130 T82
    N140 T96
    N150 S101 D1 <--------------Power setting that needs changed
    N160 G42 G1 Y.5
    N170 X-1.
    N180 Y-.5
    N190 X1.
    N200 Y.5
    N210 X0.
    N220 G40 Y1.
    N230 T90 M00
    N240 T97
M02<------------------Did not post with block number?

Im doing real primative editing, just basically finding what needs changed like the Mxx and putting the Txx in the quotes to get it done. Our teacher doesnt really tell us anything as far as what needs changed, he basically just said you need to do this and figure it out... The M02 doesnt really concern me, either keeping it from posting block numbers or add block numbers to this group

    peof$ #End of file for non-zero tool
    ptoolend$
    comment$
    pbld, n$, "T97", e$
    if nchsub$ > one,
    [
    " ", e$
    " ", e$
    mergesub$
    clearsub$
    ]
    "M02", e$

Playing with it I find that adding pbld, n$ before adds a blocknumber, still cannot figure out the power settings...

Have you learned how to use the post debugger in X4? I am assuming that you are using X4 after looking at your post.

Yes. I was just going by what was shown in the response above. I didn't see anything to indicate the Version. I never opened the actual attached post.
