When I use 'Surface>Rough>Parallel>Boss' etc... I usually end up with the toolpath which on the first pass run over my stock doing absoluely nothing. Since we machine large parts about 10 feet long it takes a lot of time until program starts actual cutting. I would like to know what I am doing wrong. Joe |

| On 'rough parallel parameters', click 'cut depths' button. I usually switch this to absolute, and enter the depth that I want it to start at for min. depth, and lowest Z for max. depth. You can also leave it on incremental, and change the 'adjustment to top cut'.
