How To Cut This Solid's Surface

I have a part that has a contoured top surface and 6 drilled holes. The holes are no problem, however the contour itself is giving me issues. I have never used the solid machining toolpaths with mastercam x3 and while I tried to research online through the many tutorials, I came up empty with this one. Would anyone like to offer their guidance on how to do this. Thank you very much.

If the part was made in Solidworks or something similar, export the part without the holes and import it in MasterCAM on a different layer. It will be much easier to program a surface without the holes.

Here is the updated without the holes. I am using the post for a Tormach

I just programmed it real quick with MasterCAM. I used surface mill, flowline. Seemed to work fine for me.
