No room to o.k. stock

Hello,
I have an unusual problem when I go to the stock page the page is to long to get to the o.k. button so when the part is verified it is done in the default size. This is o.k. but it would be nice to be able to create a one inch stock offset all the way around the part to better see the finished outside edge.

Has anyone ever encountered this and what is the fix.

What is the computer's resolution set to ?

A higher resolution usually leaves more space for dialog boxes...

Why can't you click & drag the window (in the colored bar at the top) to move it to a better location ?
