| Vibratory Polishing Washers...? I'm trying to polish some stainless 1" x 1/4" fender washers in a vibratory polisher. The first step I'm using ceramic media flushed with plain water. My problem is I can't keep the washers from sticking together while vibrating. Does anyone know a trick to keep them from sticking together? Thank you! |

| Put a small amount of glass beads used for bead blasting in with the media, it'll get between the washers and break the suction. You don't need much and you'll have to add more as you lose them when draining/rinsing the tank.

No they don't. I'll try that. Thank you for the suggestion! |
