| Is anyone out there using the Extrudehone AFM process or contracting it out? We make compressor valves and the flow ports get pretty hairy, but I didn't know if this was a viable option. I'll have the guy come out and maybe send off a couple samples for quote, but I always trust customers over salesmen. Thanks for your assistance |

| We use Extrudehone for our medical parts and we also used it in my father in laws shop to deburr valve bodies. Never had any problems. |

| One of our customers has hinted at us to buy one of those machines to do it in-house. Extrudehone is on the expensive side. |

| Extrudehone works extremely well on the transfer ports in 2-cycle engines. I imagine they work just as well on cylinder heads in OHV engines. I know the process works fine on hydraulic valve bodies etc., both aluminum and steel.
