| Preping 2024 Alclad Anyone have experience prepping 2024 Alclad sheets for epoxy priming? Scoffing the shinny alclad with Scrothbrite works but is slow and any crevices that got missed have horrible adhesion. A light pass with glass beads (just enough to dull the surface) works REALLY nicely but I wonder about the process stripping the alclad. Any thoughts? Thanks. |

| Alodine is the chemical surface treatment used in Aviation. Horrible stuff though. A carcinogen I believe.
