    Media

We'll, i was at a local industrial surplus store (place is HUGE.. and they cut good deals too )

    Anyways....

got a 'Vibratory Finsiher' - Only to find out its a siv.
    Pic from Surplus site:

    Pic from manufacturer:

Now, it will work, at 1ohm 110v and 60hz, i think it should do fine..

(prolly gonna just build an adapter to hold a 5 gallon bucket, as a hopper, to go where the siv is supposed to....)

In any event, i need to know what type of media to use.

I plan on polishing aluminum, and MAYBE the ocasiaonal Stainless...

Now, i can strip the anno, or, if i can leave it on, that'd be sweet.
    - I want it to polish to a mirror shine (or atleast really close )

    Let me know.

    -thanks

Try either of these - both do a pretty good job on brass and nickel casings that I have used them on, especially if you use the liquid stuff mixed in.
