Rack and worm cutter trying to find

I'm trying to find off the shelf cutters I need to cut splines in a shaft to match what he has now. I have a cutter I found in some old cutters someone gave me. And i would like to buy a new one just in case i fry that one.
This is a cutter not a hobber. What i have is a cutter with 14 teeth tapper to a flat of .059 wide by 3" dia with a 1" bore
    Thanks Randy
