Closed MADCam Windows Can't reopen

I closed the MadCam windows so I could more easily work in Rhino. Now I am ready to run a toolpath and can't get the MadCam windows to come back.

I go to the Help menu, plugins, and open Madcam. It comes up with the loading window and says that Madcam is loaded but I don't know how to bring the windows back up.

Go to tools/toolbar layout and see if it looks like the attached screenshot.
Madcam2.0 should be in the top window and madcam 2.0 should be checked in the bottom window. Hope this helps.

Thanks that worked perfectly. I guess my brain took a vacation during Xmas.
