Rhino Mesh settings

What are the ideal Mesh settings for the Rhino model? I remember seeing a recommended setting, but I cannot find those instruction anymore.

It's in the help under MadcAM settings, burt in case your help file has vapourised here it is (inches version since your login shows USA)
