Do you mean if there's a post processor for the Roland or do you mean how to get the file over to the machine?
Interfacing the machine itself is something you do outside Rhino.
Is it possible to transfer a g-code generated with madCAM to Roland JXW-30? If not directly, is there any dedicated software?

I mean - how to get the g-code over to the machine (Roland JWX-30)? I understand there is no direct connection between madCAM and the machine (like in most cases). Then what software is to be used here? What is the name of the program that sends the g-code to the machine?
Well, then we agree there's nothing related to MadCam.
Try Google, I found following link and it contains what you're looking for.

Surely, you can use any RML Postprocessor with the JWX-30. I don't use MadCAM myself but I already used the JWX with RhinoCAM and the MDX-40 postprocessor.
