    safe part help

    part demension dia 3.365-3.370 but i made it 3.360, .005 undersize.can i use bonus tolerance to safe this part? xxx=.010.

    You mean block tolerance? That only applies on dimensions that do not have a tolerance called out, you either throw it in the scrap can or call the customer. I would suggest starting over and saving yourself the embarrassment.
