    can v machine thiss?????

    hello

    assalm-o-alaikum i want to machine deep cavity(material aluminum) check attatch jpeg for understanding.what is the best machining approach for it.i have only 3 axis machining centers.need ur opinion and expert advise.

    Looks like a wire EDM job to me. Or, bolt panels together. Or extrusion if you've got a lot of them to make.

    Parts for a centrifuge?


    ..you could always build a broach and after milling the sides, go in and broach the corners square with the radius ground into the tool. A serious PITA if you ask me.
    But if that's what the customer wants, and you get the job...That's why you make the big rupees!
