    Default Countersink too deep?

Trying to work to a model that is showing an 82 deg countersink with a diameter of .224". The material is only .035" think and the thru hole is modeled at .164". I'm being told it's impossible to create the geometry. I'm hoping to get help with the math. Looking for someone would to tell me whether or not it's possible to create and explain the math to me. Your help will be appreciated.

It's a perfect intersection .224 diameter with the .164 hole, in .035 material, just draw it you will see

Mactec is correct. Drill to 0.1288" deep from the top of the .035" thick material to achieve the desired .164" thru hole, and .224" countersink diameter. Test and see.
