Ball Screw Overhaul
After a year of mass producing thousands of parts our 3 CNC machines begin to get stuck, sometimes missing steps even on a perfect CAM program, I guess it`s time to overhaul the ball screws....
Kerosene check, multi purpose grease check, cooking oil check, paint brush check, magnetic screw driver check, 80% of the machine errors comes from the ball screws almost getting stuck then misses steps then sometimes scrapes tables hehe.
A year long of dust accumulation, 8 hours / day, all year round
