    Default Micro slot

    So looking for any ideas on how to machine a slot .25mm wide by 8mm deep in alum. Not thru so cant wire it. Any ideas? Can they laser to depth?

    Hey, did you ever figure this out? I'm trying to cut micro fins for an aluminum heat sink and am considering the same thing.

    I ended up getting the part revised and was able to use a slitting saw.
