You're probe is probably active high, and the plate would be active low.
Here's a circuit that will allow both together.

I just have 2010 screenset and I just stuck to figure out ,wiring of plate to my motion card . actually my machine manufactured in China and it have mks4 mach3 motion card and machine is already equipped with a height touch off probe and it work well now I want to add a movable plate for z axis so how I do that well i searched and find a idea which has a pull up resistance of 10 k and half w..... there is my question can I connect a plate with same pin my motion card have a 1.probe pin
2. 6-24 v pin
3. 0 v pin
And the setter is also pinned in these position
Well one thing more with a pull up resistance what I have to do with setting in pin and port active high or low tick option in Mach 3
At present time it non tick and I think it's set at active high.
Please share your views and experience

well i made that circuit and now figuring out to attach its wire to fixed plate +ve terminal out hear i stuck with little confusion. actually i have a presetter which covered very well and closed with aluminum cover and i'm not want to open its casing .so where i connect it .
one thing more which pin wire is attached on +v terminal of fixed plate from motion card well i know its not a big deal but i'm confused because three pin are used in motion card 0v i think it is ground and a 6-24 v pin it is a supply pin in my opinion and another pin which is input pin for mach probe led so on which wire i can joint the wire of my new touch plate
actually i'm thinking to cut one of the wire of my installed probe which would be attach on positive terminal and may be the input wire is positive ....i guess pleases guide me may be puzzling out in very easy process
Unfortunately, I don't know enough to prove any more information.

Thanks to answer ...I solved that problem with another solution of a relay switch ..well now I'm want help from you in case of auto zero . I don't know if any settings is missed by me but whenever I click on simple z zero option in screen the head came down and when it touches the probe it get back to the top of z axis and a small window pop upped saying that z clearance is above limit switch and ask for answer for further process ..
I read manual many time but I found same problem happen ...
Well it is possible if a setting for z31 move in tlo in Mach configuration settings have any effect ... at present time it ticked ..
The safe z settings is set at 100 in work offset coordinate and z clearance is set at 100 is greater then the thickness of block which I use for touch off ..I searched but not found any clue please help me this screen set is important for me to run ....

Do you have a Z axis home switch?
If so, you must home the Z axis first.
If not, you must jog the machine to the top of the Z axis, and home the z axis at that point.
After that, if you still get the message, than your clearance plane setting is too large.

Yes I have limit switches on all 3 axis and I homed all axis First then I came to set z zero on top of the job but it happens . Ok I will try one more time thanks to reply my friend

Sorry for late response because of bad network ...well after home position it travels -340 mm down ....and clearance plane is set to 100 mm above the job because touch off plate have 80 mm height above the z zero on job

Did you edit the macros for longer probing?
You need to edit the M881, M889, and M6End macros to probe more than 150mm.
Find this section and change FirstProbeDist to 500.

Not yet ..now I'm changing ...but I think this line is used for prob distance in first phase so I think it ok to 150 mm because when I'm going to use this simple zero function I follow the process which is ...
Frist I call machine for there home position ..
Then I click on zero to clear now home position is set and all values zero ..
After that I jog it down above the sencer and then click auto zero so it not need 150 mm to down may be in average I stop jog very near I think 10 mm above ...well I'm going to try your suggestion ...

If I am using a uc100 usb to my control box, why can't I use the parrell port to wire my limit ( safety ) and Z probe using the cable. know I would have to cut the wires in the cable that are not being used for switches
Anybody ever try this?
If you want to use a parallel port and a UC100, Mach3 won't allow you to use both.

I changed the First probing distance to 500 from 150 mm it's works two or three time but now it behave same I tried many times but same result and I seen an another problem that if I used simple auto zero once it take right z zero but if I use it one more time after homing z and zeroing at home it retract more then 1 mm well I found that the previous surface is higher then new one and machine still taking offset from previous top surface .....yes I know I'm posting late but I'm using 2010 screen on my workshop router and in day time it busy and I don't get time so sorry for late response but still I need your screen work ....I don't know where is problem but I here lots off good thing about you from other and waiting for your valuable suggestions ...

Are yo using a Chinese motion controller? If so, are you using the default macros, or did I send you different ones?
It could be noise triggering your probe input? There's really nothing else that can cause problems, if it's not the motion controller.but if I use it one more time after homing z and zeroing at home it retract more then 1 mm well I found that the previous surface is higher then new one and machine still taking offset from previous top surface
Make sure you have Material Offset unchecked in the tool change tab.

Yes I'm using a Chinese motion card ,named mkx 4 Mach 3 motion card .
And macros I'm using, I got from your email zip folder may be theses are default macros.
I'm not get any other macros regarding this problem ..
Yes may be it's a noise problem .if so what can I do please give some suggestions ..I'm trying to search on web ...
One more thing the sensor I'm using is a spring loaded push type systems I'm not sure but I think noise problem is only cause in electrical touch off plate type sensor ...

One more thing i want to ask about simple auto zero procedure ...
As I told you before that after homing my machine z axis on top can travel -440 mm Max down ..
So question is after homing .
Can I start probing after jog down z or I must start probing from the top at home position?
I'm seen many videos of 2010 screen set probing where they started probing above some distance from the sensor ....I'm confused please clarify

You can start probing from any position.
If you are using a spring loaded sensor, you need to know the height at which the sensor is triggered. For example, if the sensor is 20mm high, but moves 1 mm before it is triggered, then you'd need to enter 19mm as your plate thickness..
If you send me an email, I will send you some alternate macros that may work better.

Thanks updated macros works.i tested auto zero and initial auto zero both but m6 tool change remain to test ..I have a question to regarding this ...is m6 works when a program loaded in Mach or it can be work after initial tool zero my hitting m6 ...or one more thing tool no can start from zero or start from 1 ...
I tried m6 without any programs after initial auto zero but it hanged after reaching tool change position ... it shows click start after tool Chang but no motion toward fixed sensor ...
