Need help with a Sandvik facing tool

Hello All,

I was given this 1988 Sandvik facing tool and was wanting to know how many inch pounds of torque to tighten the screws (T20) in the clamps holding the inserts.

Sandvik Coromant RA260.22-080-15R25-12H see attached picture.
