Hi - I am after the best feeds and speeds for cutting 12 mm chipboard - and any tips for a clean cut.

The machine I have is very rigid and has a 3 kW spindle with max 18,000 RPM - clamping is no problem (ie. I can clamp the chipboard tight/ firmly to the table).

Or - if anyone knows the Janka harness number for chipboard - I can feed that into a speeds and feeds calculator.

All help is appreciated - thankyou - Angus
