Hi y'all,

Soon enough I'll be machining some 10-40lb foam and I want some opinions on using hot glue for work holding. Currently, I use double-sided tape. The thought w/ hot glue is that it dissolves easily with rubbing alcohol (secure but easy to remove w/ the right dissolver). My primary concern is that it won't be able to take .25" DOC at 200 IPM (probably 10k spindle) on a 1/2 flat endmill w/ 40% stepover (these are guesstimated starting parameters). Thoughts?
