I have been using Mach3 for a while now with no issues until now. I did something that gave my Z axis a 1" offset. If I want to plunge 1/2" I have to program it (G code) to plunge 1.5"?? If I don't do that i'll only cut air. Can anybody help me with this problem? |

| Check your steps/unit in motor tuning.

| Thanks for the help guys, I appreciate it. I'm pretty sure the steps/units is OK since if I jog the axis 1", for example, it moves an inch and the Z axis position indicator shows an inch. I'll check out the offset page and tool table. |

| Is there a G43 tool length offset in your code?
