Ok connected my computer to the controller the other day (Novakon NM-135 mill), loaded provided profile (Mach3Mill.xml) but no workie. 1/ Computer is running XP and connects to the controller via LPT1 2/ Mill is in a running state (no etop etc), table and head are nowhere near the limits 3/ Mach 3 diagnostics input signals behaving very strange though. I have M1/2/4Homing yellow signals intemittently blinking sometimes not blinking for 20 seconds then would blick 2-4 times then stop blinking. Emergency red LED would blink intermittently as well. Clicking Reset button does nothing and does not reset. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot the connection? |

| Sounds like you have noise on your switch lines.
