| Has anyone applied this to control to a cnc surface grinder? I have a 91 harig 3 axis cnc, with a unison dedtru centerless attachment that could use a new pc based control. The current control is also pc based, but has never worked right. The machine only has about 100 hrs on it so it seems like a good candidate. If you're really curious look at the you tube video's on tru tech grinders to get an idea. They currently own the harig surface grinder name. All input appreciated, Thanks, Terry |

| I use Mach3 for CNC grinding. Main thing is for you to ensure that Mach3 can interface with your hardware. Look at Mach3 manual for starters. Writing a simple subroutine is easy and then call it multiple times using say L20 to loop 20 times, having the called program increment say the Z value or move across. I have done rotary stuff with 4th axis also. Surface Grinding - CNCzone.com-The Ultimate Machinist Community My Endmill Grinding
