    Exclamation Driver test question

When I run the driver test it always starts at 25 Mhz, when I change it to say 100 Mhz it stays that way for the duration of the test. If I come back into the test it is again at 25 Mhz. Is there a way to keep it at 100 Mhz?

Yes, I do mean KHz not MHz. Sorry! I have a Lenovo note book running windows xp service pack 3, with 2 gb of ram and a Intel celeron processor running at 1.73 GHz

I don;t think there's a way to change it. Why do you need 100Khz? The general rule is to use the slowest Kernel Speed you need.

    Question

The problem I ran into was the "bar" did not "green up" unless I went to 100KHz.

The other problem I had was that when I would hit the tab button to jump into the jog screen the pgdn/up and left/right arrows would not jog the axis.

I was just playing with the program. Nothing is hooked up. I had the same experience on the desktop that my Hurco is attached to. There I was just trying to get the things to move on the screen, not the machine.

In Mach3, it is possible to disable/enable the jog function with CTRL-J on most screens. Sometimes it is useful to disable JOG.
