Looking for plug & play (turnkey) Mach conversion suggestions

I've got an Emco F1 cnc mill and lathe, and I'm looking for suggestions for a turnkey Mach retrofit that can work with either. I just don't have time, so I want it as close to plug & play as possible. If any of you have experience with any available options, I'd appreciate your experiences and suggestions.

If there are any hobbyists in SoCal between San Diego and Corona who have done a professional quality job converting theirs, and want to make a few dollars, I'd consider bids.

    Thanks!

This is the only one I'm aware of, but I'm not sure how "plug and play" it is.

Nope. The above link wasn't exactly plug & play ready to go, so my machines have been collecting dust.
