Can Not get any movement from steppers.

My system is basically a PlaxPack 1A, Purchased from CandCNC: http://www.candcnc.com/PlasmaPakPriceChart.htm

I have everything hooked up, Mach3 installed, Support disk loaded, and
the plug in for the MPG101B pendant installed in mach.

I have installed the 2nd. parallel card, enabled port 2 made sure port address is correct & is set to LPT2. I have enabled all the OEM TRIG #'s as instructed in the MPG101B setup manual. The encoder/MPG(s) disabled.

I have calculated for reduction ratios etc. & entered the in motor tuning section.

Everything looks correct. There are no lighted LED(s) on the I/O card.
As per the manual most of the LEDs are lit on the raw ports. I can get
movement of the DRO(s) by using the arrow keys on the keyboard or the joy stick in jog mode & it will let me toggle between each axis. Charge pump lights on the THC. The relays will cycle & operate the solenoids on my table when the mist and or the flood buttons are toggled on & off, but no movement, hum buzz or shutter on any of the steppers.

I have turned everything off, checked all the DB cables to be sure they have seated together & are connected to the right ports. Powered everything back up but still same problem.
