Hi i have access to master cam x.. and i want to get g code for Mach 3??? OK i have a post processor text file. then go to file and save as PST file. then were do i put it in Mach 3. then when i have the part in master cam x what file do i save as to get to Mach. and were do i put the part file in Mach |

| draw your part in MC-X create a machining or cutting file using toolpaths options. Once you have a tool path select "post" option, this will create a *.NC file an will probably be saved im masterCam\Router\NC directory. Next step is to open Mach3 and select "load G-code" a window will pop-up and you will need to brouse for you *.NC file (You might need to change the displayed extention from *.tap to *.* or as we know it is *.NC just select *.NC |
