Lazycam Not working properly for me?

hey guys,
I have just downloaded mach3 w/ lazycam a few days ago to use with my hobbycnc router. I have successfully setup the machine and have used the roadrunner program a few times cutting styrofoam, and lite ply.

** My Question **
I am importing to lazycam my dxf files drawn in autocad2002, and saved as a dxf in r12 format. When I attempt to make the gcode file, I get the error message " file creation error" . I have attached my DXF file as well as a screen shot of the lazycam setup I tried using. No help file was on lazycam so I am kind of in the dark as to what I am doing wrong, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Download the newest version of LazyCAM, it's much different then the one you have, which I found quite buggy as well.

I downloaded and installed the new version, but am getting this error message. is all of the mach software still buggy?
