I just finished wiring up my breaker board. At first both motors would not turn, although one would feel like it was trying to pulse a little. I am trying to run a 1850oz/in and a 1150oz/in stepper with gecko G201's. I then switched the motors around, now each running on the oposite driver. The same thing happened with the other motor now trying to move. I then went into Mach3 and tuned the motors. Now I can get one motor to turn (fairly fast) but the other one still does not move. I think that the problem is in one of the drivers. The motor that will not turn has power going to it because I can not turn the motor by hand. I am lost and could rerally use some help. |
