Cutter Compensation feature not working

Hello all,

trying to figure out why i cant get the cutter compensation to work through mach3. i have my cutter comp codes in the program. i have all my inputs in the tool table in mach3 but every time i run the cutter is away from my part and making the diameter adjustments isnt bringing it any closer. anyone have any other ideas?
