| I have done several set up for MACH3 milling machine. I am aware of config at motor tuning (velocity, acceleration, step per) However... when I run the JOG mode..the movement is slow. When running in AUTO mode at G0 rapid feed, it move fast. Anyone can pinpoint where the setup might be wrong? Definitely not at Motor tuning as I change speed faster..but same result! Current Steps per is 400 which match the ballscrew pitch as it is... so can't change that. |

| I am having the same problem. I looked through the instructions and they said this: In Step mode, each press of a jog key will move the axis by the distance indicated in the Step DRO. You can set this to whatever value you like. Movement will be at the current Feedrate. I upped the Feedrate to something closer to the maximum rate and it works great!! |
