Newbie- Circle Cutout

Looking to make a 4 inch circle at x5 and y5 in inches
Ive googled so much im so confused, running mach3 on a fireball v90 router with a 1/4 inch bit.
Can someone who is exerinced show me the GCODE i need to create a simple 4 inch disk?
Going to cut it out of plexiglass.

If you dont have cad-cam software to create your g-code , the wizard in Mach3 might be helpful in creating it for simple jobs.
