so I decided to set up homing and limit switches today. I am running a hobbyCNC pro board on a Solsylva home built machine. this is my first CNC. i found a real nice walk thru on setting up limit switches, and I wanted to add a large E stop switch as well. I can't get the automated set up to trigger. I have my switch wired to the grnd and my E stop on pin 11 with wires for my limit and homing on pins 12 and 13. I have checked and I have 4.54V DC at all 3 pins using the ground post and all 3 wires using the wire I have hooked up to grnd. I already pulled the E stop switch and tested it and tried to trigger with just the wires. anyone have a suggestion on getting this set up? or what I may have configured wrong? thanks Jon |
