    Default Return to zero problem

I can control my xyz axis no problem with the keyboard. Left & right, up & down, backwards & forward, no problem. I can travel every inch of the 5x12 table from home back to home. I did not notice this problem until I did large jobs that extend to the opposite side of the 12 foot table. When a job ends far from home or zero position it wont come back to home. It tries, but it seems the left and right motors on the x axis conflict with each other. They hop back and forth, miss steps and end at a random spot on the way to original home. The random place it stops becomes the normal home. If I do a small job say 2 sq feet, it returns no problem. I do not know if this is a mach3 issue, driver issue, or what. But I use 320X Gecko drives. This problem also occurs when I click on return to zero, again this happens when the position is far from home.
