Problem in Wire EDM (CHMER 1060 HF)

Dear All,

Hope all of you are in good health and shape. There is a problem in our machine and we want you to provide us a solution for our problem in the machine.
First we started this machine after one month. When we tried to run a program on the machine for work piece cutting machine started to give he following errors as shown in PIC 1. After some time machine started to work properly and then there was sudden shutdown of power . After the power restoration we again load the program then machine started to give the error no 8200 in pic 2. Machine load the NC file as shown in pic 3 but don't show the design or path for any program on which machine has to run as shown in pic 4. After some time machine started to give the error no 30220 as shown in pic 6.

Kindly suggest us a solution. Waiting for response. Thank you.
