    Matsuura RA-1 alarms

We have a MAtsuura RA-1 with a Yasnac MX3 control.

The machine stop and get in alarm while working.

    Alarms are
    Emergency Stop 330
    and Servo off

We are not able to get the machine back on

We are not seeing any alarm leds on both servo drives and spindle drives.

    Anybody have an idea?

Also, if somebody here have the same machine I miss the 3 last pages of the RA-1 operator manual and this may help me with this problem.

Those pages are reffering on how to get the machine back on after various situations.

section missing from my manual is
    7.5.4 7.5.5 7.5.6

This is only two or 3 pages so if anybody could scan me that, this could be of great help.

    Thanks

It could be over-traveled, but not likely if this happened when you were running the machine. No other information in the alarm screen?

Check for alarm on spindle oil chiller. I have seen this due to clogged chiller filter.
