TNC 155Q matchmaker parameter Problem

Hi, I have got a problem. My machine serial communication was not working so I opened the control and removed its card and install the two comunication ICs.
The parameters were rest so I gave the parameters again but after that I have a problem. If i am working with feed rate more than 2000 machine gives gross position error or if it is at the end of table it will over travel. Please guide me where the problem may be and what is the solution

i had bridgeport interact 520 with heaidhean tnc 155 machine , i have parameter of that machine will it work for u
