BOXFORD A3 HSRi CNC Router

hi guys I am a electronics technician at a collage and have problems with a boxford a3 hsrim2 cnc router
all power supplys 5,24,40 test good but I have no pannel lights or control,no motor movement and door is locked will not unlock.
The reset button activates the relays but thats it the 9 volt reg on the cpu board is at 9 volt and ok.
The cpu pcb module has a red led on it that flashes once on power up
and the 3 times I assume this is a fault code then nothing.
circuits or service manual would be good
any advice would be good
