Miyano Lathe Machine Alarm

We are getting an intermittent machine alarm on our BND42-TR Miyano Lathe. The LEDs on the Fuji Electric amplifier indicate a CT error or Circuit Trouble. I've been trying to locate a manual for this amplifier on the web, but am not having much luck. The amplifier is a RYG.50HA-RP.
Don't know if it's an internal circuit problem with the amplifier or is related to the encoder cable??
Anyone have a manual for this amplifier?

Hi dear users... i have a Miyano Lathe with some problem like the problem in this post but my Alarm is different. i received Machine Alarm LED on, The LEDs on the Fuji Electric amplifier indicate 1.-OP (letter O) or (number 0) Over Heat. (MOT) when i pushed the reset button, the alarm goes off. Then the machine work ok, but when i need turn off the machine and Turn on again, the alarm is ON again, does anybody know something about.
