Need help on Hitachi Seiki error 1012

Looking for some troubleshooting help on a VK55 with Siecos III control. Started with NUMC error 1118 infrequently, then error 1012 infrequently. If I cycle power the error would clear. Then after a while whenever I powered up I got the error. I had the NUMC board replaced and that did not solve the problem so the original NUMC was put back in and a SAMS board was ordered. As anyone with a Hitachi can tell you this took weeks. Installed the SAMS board and I'm off & running.......for 3 weeks, then error 1012 returns and I'm down agian. After many weeks and many service attempts, they say the SAMS board is bad and we order another one. Install the SAMS board and there is no change. Still error 1012. If any of the Guru's out there could throw me any possible causes or thing to check it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your experienced input.

The Seicos III control is a Micon 16-3 system. The Error you are getting is a cpu alarm.
