Ikegai 1210 down

I have an Ikegai Genesis 1210 rys machine and have lost the m17 sub program which allows the machine to return to a turning mode from the milling mode. Can anyone direct me to someone who might have a backup disc or knowledge to correct this condition?

You may have found your answer by now, but my customer has a Ikegai Genisis 1210r. Finding it difficult to get factory assistance with our turret problem. We think wwe have a problem with the PMC parameters and or SRAM. Is your machine up and running? If so maybe you can help us with the keep relay settings and Counter settings.
