Nakamura Chucking Problem

Nakamura TMC-20II, Fanuc 18-T control. Collet chuck will not open, but no alarms are present at the control. Hydraulic pressure is good. Wondering if it may be a solenoid, or foot pedal problem?

Is there a way to check in the diagnostics to see if the foot pedal or solenoid is operating properly? The 18-T is a new control for me.

hi, here are some dngs to check these are from a tmc15/15m chuck open / close foot switch ,x00.5 chuck sol1, y0049.4 chuck sol2, y0048.4 also
chuck cyl adv ls73, x04.6 for ot. x02.6 for 10t chuck cyl ret ls74, x04.7
