general numeric 6 control alarm list

i have a GN6 control on a leblond makino baron 25 and i am getting i a 1061 alarm at the same time as i get a 402 servo alarm i have been told that the GN6 is the Same as a Fanuc 6T but cant find any info on these alarms
any one with any ideas let me know i believe the issue is in the dignostic page as i have bit 4.7-4.5 flashing 0 an 1 as well as bits 32-34 all flashing

We also have a Baron 25 with Fanuc 6TB. Do you have electrical and ladder for this machine ?
