    Down/up loading offsets

Can you save work offsets to disk like you can tool offsets?
We have all of the machines wired to 1 computer,
and use master cam. The idea here is to make change overs faster. All of the fixtures have a ball lock system and I have been saving everything I can to floppy so Joe blow can just about set them up with little brain power. The bad part is, I have to write all the dif. work offsets down in a notebook. Any help would be great.
