    svo13 y and u improper v_ready off

    i have major problems, my heian has been down for 3 weeks now. i was told that it was the amp, we have changed it twice and still doing the same thing. the error is SV013 Y and U IMPROPER V_READY OFF. ANYONE HAVE SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT I SHOULD DO NOW!!!!!!!

    x and z is not off but my ready light is also off.

    check input voltages to drive on all 3 phases should be between 200-220.(BE CAREFULL )
    Not sure but drive may be detecting fault on a phase U ,may be on output, you could swap x and y drives if drive and motor the same to see if fault transfers .I will check with Fanuc uk in morning for you but cant reply til pm. Good Luck

    Not much more info from Fanuc i'm afraid. They reckon could be main system,wiring or amp (pretty vague eh!) sorry!

    on the problem that i had, i was sending my amp off to be rebuilt which did not work so i ordered a new one which cost about $5000 but now i am up and running. thanks to everyone.
