Is there one tool made for this?

I countersink parts all the time. However the attached file shows a countersink with an added recess area above it that I have never come across.

Do I have to use an endmill or flat drill first to create the .5mm deep recess, then countersink? Or is there a tool that will do it in one step?

Thanks for any and all input.

I'm away from the shop so I can't give you a source but its one tool. If we don’t have the proper size we grind one.

We do this alot here at work, as long as the ster is not to deep we grind the c-sink to size and go for it. If needs to be deeper we send out a endmill and have it ground.
    Hope this helps, Bill Johansen
