I have a BIG problem with my SCM Routron machine, BOSCH CC100 nc.

An electrician changed the PLC battery while the machine was off. Of course, all the parameters were lost. Having the back-up of the parameters on my computer, I've put them back. Everything looks OK (no errors) until I pressed the power button, when the machine moved uncontrolled and very fast on all axis, then stopped with axes error and servo errors on axis.

I do not have an transfer program, so I've edited the parameter, timers and counters by myself.

Without pressing Power On button, if I move any axis by hand, the computer display correctly the movement (the direction and the value).

Can anyone help me with this problem? Any idea will be appreciated.
