Charmilles Robofil Wire Edm

I have an older Charmilles Robofil wire EDM that I'm trying to get running. It's a model CH-552 with type #2222 control & type #1222 power supply. When I use the commands MOV & MOR (basically like MDI move absolute & realtive) the machine works & cuts fine. When I use the commands CTA & CTR (manual machining absolute & realtive) the tank fills, power supply kicks in, the wire starts going, everything basically looks like it's kicking in to run but the machine will not move. If anyone has any experience with these machines I'd really appreciate any help offered. I haven't worked on one of these before so it may be something really simple that I don't know about. Thanks!

do you have a tec file loaded when you use ctr are you telling it which axis you want it to travel in

I work on a 20 year old Charmilles Robofil wire EDM too ... but only from a week ago ... I gotta tell, the machine is a lil bit tricky ... 4 example .. my upper water pump wont start if i don't insert or just check the technology or wire every time i start the machine ... try that ... if i hear something new i'll let u know..

One question ... do u write ur code by hand or use converter ... and if u do use a software wich one ...

My machine robofil200 have an error E666 anyone know how I fix the problem, in the screen say E666 Electr. Sensor Error, I do al the steps but the machine mark the same error , anyone know how do I fix?

Where is the position of the electrical sensor to use the wire alignment...

Hi the deionistaion is too high or clean the grey interface who is recover by plastique.
